Key Responsibilities

- Manage appointment calendars by organizing and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate communications by reviewing, researching, and directing correspondence, as well as drafting letters and documents.
- Prepare and submit expense reports efficiently.
- Generate information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
- Gather and analyze information to create reports and prepare the executive for meetings.
- Maintain historical records by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems, and potentially documenting meeting discussions.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in a rapidly growing organization and fast-paced environment.
- Preferred background in mid-sized technology firms.
- Resourceful with a demonstrated ability to perform well under pressure.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree.
- Experience supporting senior executives and leaders in SaaS engineering companies.
- Exceptional communication, writing, and time management skills.
