The Role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our senior science leaders and the broader team within our rapidly expanding organization. This role presents a unique opportunity to engage with a global team of climate experts, engineers, and marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of developing efficient processes to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage calendars for senior executives, including scheduling meetings and organizing logistics.
- Arrange travel plans, including participation in high-profile international events.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Prepare and submit expense reports accurately.
- Assist leaders in preparing for important meetings through research and presentation development.
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system and document meeting minutes.
- Provide support for events and planning, including retreats and team gatherings.
- Assist other departments and leadership team members with special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an executive assistant to senior leaders.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage with a global team and external partners professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, results-oriented setting.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to shift focus as necessary.
- A genuine passion for addressing climate change.
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
