Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a seasoned Sales Coordinator to enhance our Global Commercial team focused on Outdoor Performance. The primary objectives of our Outdoor Performance strategy are to prioritize consumer engagement, leverage our powerful brands, and foster internal investments. Our goal is to elevate the Outdoor Performance business by concentrating on consumer needs and brand strength.

The Global Commercial Sales team is tasked with driving growth through strategic partnerships and optimizing efficiency within a streamlined commercial management framework.

The Key Account Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the sales team functions smoothly and effectively. This role involves providing administrative assistance, including managing pricing, programs, and promotional resources for the sales manager, as well as engaging with various customers through multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and facilitate solutions regarding pricing, product information, and other needs.
  • Maintain accurate pricing across accounts and ensure all deviations are up-to-date.
  • Set up product details in account management systems.
  • Monitor open orders and proactively resolve any holds.
  • Assist in monthly sales forecasting efforts.
  • Keep the sales team updated on all deliveries to the warehouse.
  • Inform accounts about product shipping dates and availability.
  • Support the preparation and organization of presentations, sales sheets for line reviews, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate sales team activities by managing schedules, organizing important documents, and disseminating relevant information.
  • Act as a support coordinator for the National Account Manager.
  • Manage shared calendars for key holidays.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to quickly assimilate information.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative and ownership.
  • Proficient time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Flexibility to manage diverse situations and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain tact in various interactions.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Retail Link or Illuminate for Walmart.
