Job Summary:

Midea Group, a leading global home appliance brand, is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our US expansion and drive sales growth in the home appliances market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain productive relationships with key contacts at Wal-Mart/Sam's Club to drive sales growth and expand Midea's presence in the market.
  • Coordinate Sales Efforts: Collaborate with internal teams, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Work with customers and internal operations to supply forecasts for products purchased and ensure timely delivery.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis to develop effective solutions.
  • Solution Development: Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, coordinating the involvement of all necessary company resources.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of strategic sales experience to Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, preferably in home comfort or small appliances, including floor care.
  • Work Environment: Office environment with potential travel to warehouses and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel: Domestic and international travel for Midea and Wal-Mart/Sam's Club events.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Customer Service and Closing Skills: Excellent customer service and closing skills to drive sales growth and expand Midea's presence in the market.
  • 7 Years of Sales Experience: Additional experience in sales, with a strong track record of success.
