About the Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will collaborate with a high-performing team to enhance the operations and initiatives of the Recruiting department. Your responsibilities will include managing various projects, tracking timelines, and consolidating updates on key performance indicators (KPIs).


Benefits Information
Compensation Range:
$80,000 - $90,000

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:

Your role will involve providing project management and administrative support throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.


Candidate Experience:
  • Coordinate all candidate interviews, whether onsite or via virtual platforms.
  • Facilitate candidate visits, ensuring their needs and interests are prioritized.
  • Manage candidate travel arrangements and vendor interactions.
  • Conduct preliminary phone screenings and reference checks.
  • Draft and route offer letters, ensuring compliance with approval processes.

HR Process Management:
  • Oversee the completion of new hire paperwork in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Maintain relationships with points of contact in various offices to ensure compliance.
  • Manage employee records and assist with audits.

Communications & Public Relations:
  • Promote Walton Enterprises' brand and values to candidates and external partners.
  • Provide clear communication regarding recruitment policies and processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Project Management:
  • Evaluate candidate experience through surveys and summarize findings for leadership.
  • Develop and maintain various reports related to talent acquisition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure project success.

Recruiting Systems and Tools Support:
  • Serve as the systems administrator for various recruiting platforms.
  • Manage integrations and ensure data accuracy across systems.
