Job Overview

Vista Outdoor is on the lookout for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team. As a leader in the outdoor products industry, we pride ourselves on innovation and excellence in performance gear and precision technologies.

Role Summary

The Key Account Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, which includes:

  • Retrieving pricing, promotional tools, and program details for the sales manager.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Coordinating sales activities, including organizing on-site meetings and product displays.

This role requires collaboration with multiple departments, including Brand Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations, to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and facilitate solutions related to pricing and product information.
  • Maintain accurate pricing within accounts and ensure all deviations are up-to-date.
  • Set up product information in account management systems.
  • Monitor open orders and proactively address any holds.
  • Assist in monthly sales forecasting and keep the sales team informed of delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and organize presentations and promotional materials for line reviews and events.
  • Manage schedules and important documents for the sales team.
  • Support the National Account Manager in various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork.
  • Flexibility to manage diverse situations and tasks simultaneously.
  • The ability to maintain professionalism and tact in all interactions.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Retail Link or Illuminate for Walmart is a plus.
