Job Description

  • Leverage expertise and experience growing business at Walmart to manage a simple core business, aggressively grow online, and drive the brand into new departments within Walmart
  • Utilize growth mindset to find new opportunities, lead the brand into creating the right solutions for Walmart and successfully selling in and through at Walmart
  • Quickly and effectively bring Walmart customers digital experience with the brand to the next level (strong marketing support to achieve)
  • Manage and implement existing Dremel strategies, promotions, programs and objectives to ensure timely and effective outcomes
  • Development of excellent working relationship as a business leader with customer decision makers/influencers through effective working relationships at all levels, as well as internal team members
  • Analysis of trends, inventory, purchasing patterns and evaluation of account business, forecasting of account inventory requirements
  • Review SKU listings to achieve best share position and optimization of account inventory and purchasing pattern

Qualifications

  • Experience working at Walmart in merchandising or experience calling on Walmart merchants required
  • Omni-channel experience with strong digital focus and mindset
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Walmart merchandising role, Vendor Key Account Manager, National Account Manager or Business Development roles
  • University Degree or College Diploma preferred
  • Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and/or CRM experience preferred
  • Excellent presentation, forecasting and analytical skills with a strategic mindset
  • Organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
