Position Overview:
The Senior Sales Manager will oversee the direct sales operations for designated product lines within Midea's appliance range at major retail chains. This role requires a proactive individual who is eager to drive the growth of Midea products in the retail sector, particularly at Wal-Mart/Sam's Club. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this position plays a pivotal role in Midea's expansion strategy in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key stakeholders at Wal-Mart/Sam's Club.
  • Coordinate the engagement of various company resources, including support and management teams, to achieve performance goals and meet customer expectations.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and strategic objectives within the designated accounts.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to provide accurate product forecasts.
  • Continuously evaluate and validate customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead the development of solutions that effectively address customer requirements, engaging necessary company resources.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of strategic sales experience, particularly with Wal-Mart/Sam's Club, ideally in the home appliance or comfort sector.
  • Work Environment: Primarily office-based, with potential travel to warehouses and the need to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Travel Requirements: Domestic and international travel for Midea and retail events.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Skills in Customer Service, Negotiation, Closing, Presentation, and Relationship Management.
  • At least seven years of experience in a sales role.
