Position Overview
As a pivotal member of the Outdoor Performance Global Commercial team at Vista Outdoor, the Key Account Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Key Account Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing essential administrative support to the sales team, including retrieving pricing, promotional tools, and program details.
  • Facilitating communication with customers through various channels such as phone, email, and video conferencing.
  • Coordinating sales activities, including organizing on-site meetings and managing product displays.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Brand Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

What You Will Do
In this role, you will:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions related to pricing and product information.
  • Maintain accurate pricing records and ensure all account deviations are up to date.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials.
  • Manage schedules and maintain organized documentation for the sales team.
  • Support the National Account Manager in various capacities.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office and exceptional communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Retail Link or Illuminate for Walmart is a plus.
