Position Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Coordinator to support our Global Commercial team within the Outdoor Performance sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the sales operations run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the sales manager, including pricing retrieval and program management.
- Communicate with customers through various channels to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Organize sales activities, including on-site meetings and product displays.
- Collaborate with departments such as Brand Management, Marketing, and Sales Operations to support sales initiatives.

Essential Functions:
- Handle customer inquiries related to pricing and product information.
- Maintain accurate pricing records for each account and manage deviations.
- Set up product details in account management systems.
- Monitor and resolve open orders, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Assist in monthly sales forecasting and keep the sales team updated on product availability.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess strong communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Retail Link or Illuminate systems for Walmart.
