As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring timely responses. Your role will involve:
- Communication Management: Efficiently receive, respond to, or redirect all customer calls and emails to the appropriate Customer Care Representative (CCR) within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Document Facilitation: Assist in processing legal case document requests using our internal systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and streamline operations.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Salesforce and familiarity with document management systems such as Iron Mountain and BuildPro are essential for success in this role.
