Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center or laboratory setting.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 wpm), including proficiency in 10-key.
- The capability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following will enhance your application:
- An Associate's Degree or training as a Medical Assistant.
- Over 2 years of experience in laboratory procedures, including specimen collection and processing.
- Experience with data entry in a production setting.
