- Battery Services: Install batteries, perform diagnostic tests, and rebuild battery packs as necessary.
- Training: Assist in training store associates on device disassembly and repair processes.
- Remote Support: Offer live technical support through video calls for in-store repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Maintain a customer-first approach in all interactions.
- Perform sales duties, including greeting customers and addressing their inquiries.
- Promote additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Utilize computer systems to process sales transactions efficiently.
- Stay informed about product offerings to provide knowledgeable assistance.

- High school diploma or equivalent, with 3-6 months of customer service or device repair experience preferred.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Physical requirements include lifting and handling electronic products regularly.
