We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Alder Division in Northern VA.
Your role will involve delivering professional telephone support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing incoming calls from various sources.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide courteous and resourceful assistance for all incoming inquiries
Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software applications, customer service principles, call center technology, data entry, and administrative processes
Maintain meticulous attention to detail to handle the complexity of calls
Exhibit a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to update points of contact on call outcomes and actions
Understand and adhere to established process flows
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Comfortable working with non-native English speakers and attentive to detail
Adaptable to changing work demands, capable of managing multiple priorities, and exercising discretion
Prior experience in a call center handling a high volume of incoming calls is preferred
Basic typing skills (40 WPM) are necessary
