Job Title: Senior Program Support Specialist

As a Senior Program Support Specialist, you will provide essential assistance to a government client in the management of their operational responsibilities. Your role will involve supporting the Chief of Staff in overseeing their Director's Action Group (DAG) tasks, compiling the Weekly Activity Report (WAR), and preparing for Program Management Reviews (PMRs). You will also serve as a backup for the senior administrative staff of the Program Director when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate in a dynamic team setting with government leads, satellite developers, and other experts in the field.
  • Oversee the Program Office's Director's Action Group (DAG):
    • Utilize the Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) system to manage assigned actions.
    • Assess prior action responses to similar inquiries to reduce organizational impact.
    • Delegate TIER actions and track progress for those needing subject matter expert input.
    • Review action responses for accuracy and coordinate as necessary.
    • Ensure timely completion of actions to enhance responsiveness and limit extension requests.
    • Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for DAG operations.
  • Assist the Chief of Staff with activities including the planning and execution of Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and the production of the Weekly Activity Report (WAR).
  • Organize briefings for Quarterly Program Reviews (QPR) and PMRs to ensure clear communication.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and prepare presentations for PMRs and QPRs for the Program Director.
  • Create deliverables such as briefings, informational sheets, and position papers to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Facilitate IT requests for the program office and manage access for program members to necessary software and databases.
  • Oversee the creation, production, and distribution of program office memorabilia.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in support of Government Program Offices.
  • Familiarity with the NRO customer's TIER action item system.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
