We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph to join our Alder Division.

Your role will involve delivering professional telephone support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing incoming calls from various sources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide courteous and resourceful assistance for all incoming inquiries
Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software applications, customer service principles, call center technology, data entry, and administrative tasks
Maintain a keen attention to detail to effectively handle complex calls
Exhibit a proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to inform Points of Contact (POCs) about call outcomes and necessary actions
Understand and adhere to established process flows

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships with clients, colleagues, and team members
Comfortable working with non-native English speakers and attentive to detail
Adaptable to changing work demands, capable of managing multiple priorities, and exercising discretion
Prior experience in a call center environment handling a high volume of calls is preferred
Basic typing skills (minimum 40 WPM) are required
