Job Overview

Are you passionate about assisting others and providing valuable information? Our client, a leader in educational resources, is seeking a Client Support Specialist to enhance their customer engagement efforts.

Position Details

Location: Remote
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
Duration: Temporary assignment

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional inbound customer service via phone
  • Foster customer relationships while identifying opportunities for additional sales through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and manage various administrative tasks to support the operations of the contact center
  • Engage with customers regarding all facets of purchasing, ownership, and returns of products
  • Efficiently navigate multiple software applications and utilize Windows (MS Office) tools
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and policies to serve customers effectively
  • Adapt to ongoing changes in policies, product offerings, and operational procedures
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; some college education preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience in inbound customer service and sales
  • Proficient in technology and able to leverage tools and resources effectively
  • Experience with MS Outlook and MS Excel is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment
  • Capacity to work at a computer and on the phone for extended periods
  • Reliable commuting ability for scheduled shifts
