This role will encompass managing incoming client inquiries, updating records in our database, and ensuring follow-ups on necessary documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Professionally handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
- Support various administrative tasks as needed.
- Conduct both incoming and outgoing calls, following up with clients to confirm timely payments.
- Assist homeowners by troubleshooting and addressing their account-related questions.
- Identify and escalate calls that require further assistance.
- Work with clients to resolve any billing issues.
- Manage mail processing in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain organizational records and reference materials as required.
- Input data into a CRM system, track progress, and follow up on all inquiries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Collaborate with field cleaning teams to ensure client satisfaction.
