Job Overview

Position Title: Office Coordinator (Temporary)

Location: Tempe, AZ

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 3pm

Compensation: $20/hour

*Temporary position available*

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering administrative assistance to guarantee smooth office operations.
  • Managing incoming calls, organizing appointments, and overseeing calendars.
  • Aiding in the creation of routine reports.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and placing orders as necessary.
  • Conducting data entry and maintaining records.
  • Performing additional tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional time management abilities and task prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
Onboarding Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Background check and drug screening.
  • Two verifiable employment references.
