Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key resource for front-line associates, assisting in the resolution of complex customer cases and account issues.
  • Utilize critical thinking skills to address customer inquiries while adhering to company policies.
  • Manage and follow up on insurance claims, including letters of guarantee and insurance proceeds.
  • Identify, resolve, and track root causes of escalations, including account disputes and service complaints.
  • Facilitate training sessions on system enhancements to improve customer experience.

Qualifications:
