Position Overview:

The role of Administrative Manager at Cousins Properties demands exceptional organizational and customer service capabilities. This position is pivotal in managing the daily functions of property management offices, executing administrative responsibilities, and engaging with both staff and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess a keen eye for detail and demonstrate proficiency in office management.

Key Responsibilities:

The Administrative Manager will oversee a variety of tasks, including:

  • Financial management, including invoice processing
  • Administrative support and coordination of office activities
  • Insurance management and customer service relations
  • Event planning and calendar management
  • Maintaining comprehensive contact lists
  • Ensuring efficient operation of the property management office

Strong communication skills, proficiency in IT systems, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently with efficiency
