The Office Coordinator is the face of the Primera Design Center and Office They open and close the Design Center, greeting clients, vendors, and visitors and operating a multi-line telephone system.
This position is customer and employee facing while supporting an awesome team PRIMARY DUTIES ANDResponsibilities:
Ensure Design Center is prepared for opening (lights, refreshments stocked, etc.)
and completes closing duties at end of day.
Greets vendors, customers, and other visitors Answer telephone, screen and direct all calls and provide general information to callers Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail for shipping Tidy and stock the lobby, restrooms, and break rooms Maintains company directory and various resources for the organization Performs data entry tasks and other administrative duties for various departments Organize meetings and maintain conference room schedule KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Minimum 2 years customer service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Strong customer service skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary:
$20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
