Job Overview

RTA US, a prominent player in the technology sector, is seeking an Office Coordinator.

Employment Type: Contract/ Onsite

Duration: 5+ Months with potential for extension
Compensation: $20/hr - $23/hr
Working Hours: 7am - 4pm or 8am – 5pm (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts a range of administrative tasks.
  • Manages scheduling, provides information to callers, and takes dictation.
  • Drafts memos, transcribes notes, and develops presentations.
  • Creates reports, manages multiple projects, and oversees invoices and expense reports.
  • May assist in compiling and developing the annual budget.
  • Possesses familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field.
  • Utilizes experience and judgment to plan and achieve objectives.
  • Handles a variety of complex tasks.
  • May supervise and guide the work of others.
  • Exhibits a high degree of creativity and independence.
  • Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or a related area.
