The Steer Health organization is in search of a skilled sales executive with a robust history in marketing healthcare technology products and services. This individual will be responsible for generating and securing new business opportunities while enhancing existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a vast network of prospective clients and demonstrate a willingness to travel frequently. The Account Executive will be instrumental in our dynamic SaaS and mobile landscape, spearheading strategic sales initiatives across healthcare institutions to meet revenue targets and growth aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and secure new business for Steer Health while nurturing current client accounts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customer executives (CMO, CNO, CMIO, CIO) to achieve and surpass revenue targets.
  • Negotiate intricate contracts effectively.
  • Project future sales performance accurately.
  • Employ a consultative and value-driven sales approach from initial engagement to closure.
  • Develop and oversee a sales pipeline of new business prospects within a designated territory through both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales presentations and proposals as required.
  • Identify and cultivate a pipeline of opportunities in collaboration with marketing initiatives.

Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare sector, including trends, workflows, business operations, financial metrics, performance indicators, and major competitors.

  • Hands-on, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Formal training in methodologies such as Challenger Sales, Strategic Selling, or Solution Selling.
