DieselUSA Group, a subsidiary of Jasper Holdings, is in search of a Territory Sales Executive to oversee and cultivate accounts within a designated sales region encompassing Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

The ideal candidate will ideally be based in the Dallas area, although this is not a strict requirement. It is essential for the candidate to reside within the sales territory and be near an airport for travel purposes.

As a Territory Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new client relationships and enhancing sales across all distribution levels.
  • Managing your territory effectively to meet and exceed sales objectives while ensuring profitability.
  • Implementing marketing strategies and promoting our product offerings as directed by the National Sales Manager.
  • Collaborating with our internal teams to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Territory Sales Executive:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in B2B sales and account management.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the automotive or heavy-duty aftermarket, including fleet services and government contracts.
  • Understanding of marketing through distribution channels.
  • Experience in multi-state sales and territory management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight trips.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with potential and existing clients as well as internal teams.
  • A basic mechanical understanding of diesel engine components.
