We are a prominent Independent Living community dedicated to fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere for our residents. Our mission is to deliver outstanding services and amenities. We are currently in search of a seasoned Sales and Marketing Director to enhance our community's success.

Key Responsibilities: As the Sales and Marketing Director, you will oversee the sales journey from initial contact to residency. Your main objective will be to cultivate qualified referrals and manage leads to meet sales targets. Your primary responsibilities include:


• Guiding qualified leads through the entire sales journey, ensuring a seamless transition from inquiry to residency.

• Engaging in community outreach initiatives to generate qualified referrals and boost brand recognition.

• Achieving and surpassing targets related to move-ins, inquiries, tours, home visits, phone calls, outreach, and events.

• Responding swiftly to inquiries, arranging visits, conducting tours, and effectively closing sales in alignment with sales and marketing goals.

• Regularly reviewing closing strategies for prospects within the sales pipeline.

• Utilizing the customer relationship management system (CRM) for all sales activities, both internal and external.

• Providing Sales Counselors with essential resident and family contact information, aiding in the move-in process, and completing necessary documentation.

• Participating in scheduled sales calls to synchronize efforts with the team.

• Collaborating with the Executive Director and other department leaders to create a positive, hospitality-focused environment for both associates and residents.

• Delivering exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and prospects, maintaining professionalism and composure in challenging situations.

• Effectively communicating with residents, families, professionals, visitors, and team members.

• Contributing to a sales-driven culture by actively engaging in sales and marketing initiatives, including participation in events.

• Training, mentoring, rewarding, and managing direct reports in conjunction with the Executive Director.

• Completing all departmental reports accurately and punctually.

• Highlighting the team's role in sales through collaborative efforts with department heads.

• Attending and contributing relevant insights during daily Stand-Up Meetings.

• Participating in company-hosted webinars, on-site meetings, and regional/national meetings as scheduled.

• Completing required training promptly to maintain certifications and credentials.

• Engaging in the Manager-on-Duty program, including rotating weekend responsibilities as assigned by the Executive Director.

• Performing any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record.
  • Exceptional communication, customer service, and public relations skills.
  • Creative, outgoing, energetic, confident, and motivated.
  • Genuine passion for serving the elderly demographic.
  • Valid Driver's License.
