Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Software Sales Executive to join our team at Calpion/Plutus Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach, leveraging your expertise in software sales to drive business growth.
  • Sales Presentations and Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities and forecasts, and making data-driven decisions to drive sales performance.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and benefit, and maintaining a strong reputation for Calpion/Plutus Health.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and threats, and make strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and feedback integration, and drive business outcomes.

Qualifications:

Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and a deep understanding of the software industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field, and a strong foundation in sales and marketing principles.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive sales outcomes.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our software solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools, and a strong understanding of sales analytics and reporting.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of accountability and a results-driven approach.
