La posición de HR Specialist en Masslung implica una variedad de funciones y responsabilidades que priorizan la calidad del servicio y la atención al cliente.

El candidato ideal debe colaborar con todo el personal en apoyo a los servicios ofrecidos, mostrando flexibilidad y una actitud proactiva. Este puesto puede requerir desplazamientos a diferentes ubicaciones según sea necesario.

La eficiencia organizacional es la principal prioridad en este rol, lo que requiere que el HR Specialist actúe como punto de contacto con otros departamentos internos y externos, siempre con el objetivo de fomentar un entorno que promueva la comodidad y confianza de los pacientes.

El puesto debe ejemplificar los valores fundamentales y la misión de la organización, siempre ejerciendo la máxima discreción, diplomacia y tacto en las interacciones con pacientes y personal.


RESPONSABILIDADES Y DEBERES:
Realizar la publicidad de personal necesaria, así como la selección, colocación y orientación de nuevos empleados.
Revisar currículos y solicitudes. Realizar entrevistas telefónicas y coordinar entrevistas para los gerentes de departamento.
Gestionar ofertas y rechazos de empleo.
Establecer, mantener y purgar periódicamente los archivos y registros de personal individuales. Asegurar la confidencialidad de la información.
Mantener y actualizar las tarjetas de tiempo, archivos de personal y registros de gestión del rendimiento.
Capacitar a todos los empleados en el uso del sistema de tarjetas de tiempo.
Mantener el sistema de identificación de empleados.

Administrar los programas de beneficios de la instalación, incluyendo la inscripción y desinscripción de los empleados en todos los programas de beneficios como seguros de salud, discapacidad a corto y largo plazo, vida y 401K, entre otros.

Procesar todas las reclamaciones de compensación laboral y discapacidad.
Gestionar revisiones de rendimiento y evaluaciones, registrando en el sistema de nómina cualquier cambio de tarifa.
Mantener y publicar el registro de OSHA, ofertas de trabajo, avisos gubernamentales y otros.
Reportar a los participantes de COBRA a un proveedor externo.
Gestionar todas las reclamaciones de desempleo y procesar informes de desempleo.
Mantener planes y programas de acción afirmativa.
Asegurar que todos los registros, informes, documentos y otros datos requeridos estén preparados y mantenidos.
Realizar acciones disciplinarias según sea necesario.
Realizar investigaciones según sea necesario.

Ejecutar otras tareas y actividades necesarias para lograr los objetivos del puesto de manera efectiva y eficiente, o según lo indique el Controller o COO.

Participar en el desarrollo de los objetivos a corto y largo plazo de recursos humanos de la organización.
Asistir a reuniones de gestión y/o personal, según sea necesario.
Mantener el lugar de trabajo de acuerdo con los protocolos (libre de comidas y bebidas abiertas).
Realizar tareas adicionales, según lo asignado por el Gerente.

CALIFICACIONES:


Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y resolución de problemas a un nivel necesario para comprender las instrucciones de proveedores y supervisores, y para documentar con precisión la información médica de los pacientes.

Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva, demostrando un alto grado de diplomacia y tacto.
Habilidades informáticas y telefónicas intermedias a expertas.
Capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y trabajar de manera efectiva en un entorno de alta presión y ritmo acelerado.
Sensibilidad cultural y capacidad demostrada para trabajar con poblaciones étnicamente diversas.
Conocimiento práctico de las 'Precauciones Universales', demostrando profesionalismo en todo momento.

Poseer un entendimiento profundo de la importancia de la confidencialidad y la no divulgación según los estándares generales establecidos por HIPAA.

Licencia de conducir válida, seguro y capacidad para viajar según sea necesario para realizar las funciones del puesto.

EDUCACIÓN Y EXPERIENCIA:
Se requiere título universitario.
Se prefiere experiencia previa en un entorno de oficina médica.
Se prefiere experiencia previa en soporte administrativo.
