Seven Hills Foundation Human Resources Specialist Job Description

Seven Hills Foundation is dedicated to providing exceptional support and services to individuals facing challenges. We are currently in search of a Human Resources Specialist to contribute to our mission. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure precise data management for the Human Resources Division
  • Maintain both physical and digital personnel records
  • Support onboarding processes through HR Information Systems
  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates from conditional offer to orientation
  • Complete Form I-9 and validate necessary documentation
  • Address employee inquiries and requests
  • Assist regional managers with onboarding procedures
  • Provide details for upcoming orientation sessions
  • Support the recruitment team with various initiatives
  • Create identification badges for employees
  • Assist with mail distribution and special projects
  • Manage office supplies and equipment
  • Engage in employee events and activities
  • Prepare performance evaluation reports and data for compliance audits
  • Collect and analyze employee satisfaction survey results
  • Coordinate special events and manage ticket requests
  • Provide switchboard coverage as necessary
  • Assist with employee exit processes

Qualifications:

High School diploma with administrative training; Associate degree preferred

A minimum of three years of relevant experience

Strong skills in data entry and communication

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Experience with culturally diverse populations is preferred

A valid driver's license is required

Fluency in English is essential
