Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Coordinator to assist our esteemed clients in the recruitment process and perform various administrative functions related to human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HR Administrative Coordinator, your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing and forwarding job applications to hiring managers through the applicant tracking system.
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Providing support to Spanish-speaking staff with documentation and other HR-related tasks.
  • Tracking and maintaining training records for the organization.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in data management systems.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.

Education:
High School diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive starting pay of up to $25 per hour, depending on experience, along with promotional and training opportunities. This position is temp-to-hire after 90 days, contingent upon meeting hiring criteria. Additional benefits include limited mandatory overtime and the flexibility to choose extra hours that fit your schedule.
