Key Responsibilities:

  • Targeting 12-15 major accounts within the commercial sector
  • Serving as the primary account manager, establishing sales strategies, and cultivating client relationships
  • Driving expansion through new business opportunities, prospecting, and outreach
  • Developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Identifying and closing opportunities to maximize profitability
  • Effectively sharing account insights with team members
  • Collaborating with recruitment and customer support to fulfill hiring requirements
  • Functioning within a metrics-driven environment

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in selling consulting or staffing services
  • Background in Healthcare, Financial Services, or System Integration
  • Proven success in selling solutions with a track record of meeting quotas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in customer service, leadership, and sales-oriented roles
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
  • Passion for relationship-driven sales
