About this Role
The Service Account Executive is tasked with ensuring profitable execution, growth, and satisfaction within their customer portfolio. As a key leader in the organization, this role is responsible for driving productivity, fostering team development, and enhancing retention. You will be expected to project, drive, and deliver results within your team while also nurturing client relationships. As the primary contact for service relationships, your objective is to identify and capitalize on opportunities, as well as enhance account penetration to meet overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee field engineers through training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the team effectively manages their time on projects and accurately records billing hours.
- Facilitate proper documentation and communication with customers, subcontractors, and department managers.
- Supervise project completion, budget management, and quality assurance.
- Conduct interviews for potential field engineers.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Branch Operations Managers to allocate resources and manpower efficiently.
- Complete necessary documentation for employees and projects.
- Provide technical support as required.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role within the construction or facilities management sector
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing position
- 1+ years of proficiency in MS Office and advanced estimating/execution tools.
- Valid Driver's License
Additional qualifications that may be advantageous in this role include:
- Experience managing service contract scopes
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree with an engineering focus
- Bachelor's degree in project management
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Ability to multitask and manage various issues simultaneously
- Knowledge of HVAC control and mechanical systems.
- Robust project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud-based delivery tools (ServiceMax, SalesForce, Cora) and other relevant tools.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
