About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical Sales team as a Sales and Engineering Intern. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our industry-leading Sales Account Managers and customers to understand the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with Sales Account Managers and customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Attend sales meetings, business functions, sales and service calls, and customer meetings to gain a deeper understanding of the sales process.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Gain hands-on experience in sales engineering, including the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and have no major or frequent traffic violations.
