Compensation Structure:

Starting annual base salary at $75,000, complemented by an uncapped competitive commission structure. Compensation is based on experience.

Position Details

This role involves significant travel, approximately 50% of the time.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Solution Development and Execution
  • Assess client requirements and business challenges, crafting customized solutions utilizing our AI-driven products.
  • Engage in hands-on programming in Python and utilize RESTful APIs for solution customization and implementation.
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges that may arise during the deployment phase.
  1. Client Interaction and Communication
  • Work closely with clients, employing exceptional communication skills to comprehend their needs and articulate complex technical concepts in a straightforward manner.
  • Utilize sales expertise to effectively connect with clients, understand their challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain precise client records in CRM, documenting all interactions and implementations.
  1. Product Demonstration and Communication
  • Develop engaging PowerPoint presentations to showcase the features and advantages of our offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations via virtual platforms, emphasizing how our solutions meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with the product team to remain informed about product updates and changes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a client-facing technical role, such as Solution Architect or Sales Engineer.
  • Proficient in Python and experienced with RESTful APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly.
  • Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and conducting product demonstrations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate record-keeping.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, including local and regional driving, as well as occasional national travel for trade shows and other activities.
