Join Our Team as a Group Fitness Manager

Our services are founded on the Four Pillars of Optimal Health: exercise, nutrition, recovery, and stress management. Our team consists of highly skilled professionals across all four pillars, dedicated to prioritizing our clients' journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and lead engaging group fitness sessions.
  • Conduct classes as required and ensure they are creative and inclusive for all fitness levels.
  • Maintain a safe and encouraging atmosphere during sessions.
  • Oversee and mentor group fitness instructors, ensuring high-quality instruction and client motivation.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate innovative techniques into classes.
  • Monitor attendance and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Manage fitness equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and sanitation.
  • Provide constructive feedback and support to instructors for their professional growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field (Exercise Science, Physiology, Kinesiology).
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience is preferred.
  • Certification in group fitness instruction is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading group fitness classes and managing schedules.
  • Strong understanding of various exercise modalities and class formats.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate clients across all fitness levels.
  • Capability to manage and guide a team of group fitness instructors.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in group fitness.
  • Flexibility to adapt class schedules and formats as needed.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
