Responsibilities- Review MEP Scopes of Work and equipment pre-purchases for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in developing the MEP Construction and Commissioning Schedule.
- Enforce quality control policies and inspections on MEP trades.
- Collaborate with the CX agent to ensure the CX process meets expectations.
BS or MS degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
5-10 years of relevant field experience
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage project subcontractors.
- Daily collaboration with the project team.
- Demonstrated engineering and field supervision capabilities.
- Proficient in MEP construction documents and drawings, with knowledge of all construction phases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing needs.
- Strong understanding of construction safety processes and ability to enforce the project safety plan.
- OSHA 30-hour certified.
Salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, along with internal equity and market alignment.
