Role Summary: The Evening Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures, and executing essential tasks related to the upkeep and accessibility of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all services at the front desk of our upscale residential property.
  • Respond promptly to phone inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring all resident communications are handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Assist residents with their move-in and move-out processes.
  • Greet residents, guests, and vendors warmly, ensuring proper registration for all visitors.
  • Follow emergency key protocols, manage key insurance policies, and oversee key control.
  • Coordinate resident services, including package management, dry cleaning, event organization, local guidance, and courtesy calls.
  • Perform additional tasks and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • This position operates during the second shift, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM on designated days.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a concierge role or 2 years in a hospitality environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High school diploma or GED required; college education preferred.
