The Senior MEP Project Coordinator will play a pivotal role in facilitating the procurement process and overseeing the coordination and installation of MEP Systems in the field. Key Responsibilities
- Review MEP scopes of work and equipment pre-purchases for thoroughness and accuracy.
- Assist in crafting the MEP Construction and Commissioning Schedule.
- Implement quality control measures and inspections for MEP trades.
- Collaborate with the CX agent to ensure the CX process aligns with expectations.
Qualifications
Experience/Education:
- BS or MS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of relevant field experience.
- Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage project subcontractors.
- Daily collaboration with the project team is essential.
- Demonstrated engineering and field supervision capabilities.
- Proficient in MEP construction documents and drawings, with comprehensive knowledge of all construction phases.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving needs.
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and the ability to enforce the project safety plan.
- OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
Compensation:
Salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment. The compensation range includes a competitive benefits and retirement program.
