Key Responsibilities

  • Review MEP scopes of work and equipment pre-purchases for thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Assist in crafting the MEP Construction and Commissioning Schedule.
  • Implement quality control measures and inspections for MEP trades.
  • Collaborate with the CX agent to ensure the CX process aligns with expectations.

Qualifications

Experience/Education:

  • BS or MS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant field experience.
  • Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage project subcontractors.
  • Daily collaboration with the project team is essential.
  • Demonstrated engineering and field supervision capabilities.
  • Proficient in MEP construction documents and drawings, with comprehensive knowledge of all construction phases.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving needs.
  • Strong understanding of construction safety protocols and the ability to enforce the project safety plan.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification is required.

Compensation:

Salary will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and market alignment. The compensation range includes a competitive benefits and retirement program.
