Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review financial documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform pre-funding reviews and audits of documentation packages to ensure credit approval requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with dealers, brokers, and marketing staff to correct documentation deficiencies and ensure timely execution of transactions.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of documentation, including scanning and filing executed documents.
  • Ensure timely electronic filing of Uniform Commercial Code financing statements to perfect the company's security interest.
  • Follow up on incomplete documentation queues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Assist senior contract administrators in processing transfers, assumptions, refinances, and other amendments.
  • Ensure documentation compliance with state and federal mandates and coordinate with legal counsel as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on financial instruments and equipment leasing.
  • Strong knowledge of governing laws and regulations within the United States.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including InfoLease, Vision, OnBase, Word, and Excel.
