This role is essential in enhancing and maintaining critical sales operations functions. Responsibilities include generating and disseminating sales reports and performance metrics dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and effective CRM utilization, overseeing onboarding and training initiatives, and providing support to the sales teams in various tactical aspects related to order processing and closure.

This position is pivotal in ensuring that all necessary information and processes are established for the successful realization of business and sales objectives. The role involves proactively supplying insights to both inside and field sales teams to address client-related and internal sales process challenges through effective communication, reporting, and analysis.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assist in analyzing the sales pipeline, tracking movement, team performance, and forecasting.

2. Maintain and design activity reports, along with ad-hoc dashboards.

3. Monitor and report on new business and renewal metrics.

4. Regularly review pipeline reports and sales progress on various opportunities to facilitate efficient final stage processing.

5. Coordinate the onboarding and training process for new sales team members.

6. Develop training materials and assessments to support the onboarding and continuous learning of sales staff.

7. Create and maintain documentation for process and training development related to personnel and system operations.

8. Act as the liaison between the sales team and other functional areas.

9. Provide technical assistance for sales-related inquiries within Salesforce.


10. Oversee daily sales operations activities, including order processing and ticketing, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and management to ensure effective communication and overall support.

11. Assist in preparing monthly commission statements for sales representatives, ensuring timely submission for management review and subsequent delivery to HR for payroll processing.


12. Guide the sales teams to ensure a seamless transition from opportunity creation to order processing throughout the sales cycle.


13. Support month-end closing tasks, including backlog management as necessary.


14. Anticipate and work to eliminate obstacles to expedite the sales process.


15. Address and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
