  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for technical matters, quality assurance, and project timelines, facilitating effective communication with clients.
  • Technical Clarification: Collaborate with engineering teams to clarify project specifications and requirements with clients.
  • Team Leadership: Direct Project Execution teams, including Installation Planning, Project Leaders, Schedule Management, and Site Managers.
  • Data Coordination: Work with Product Leaders to compile essential data for project clarification, including process lists and design concepts.
  • Project Management Tools: Utilize various tools such as Project Management software, Layout Design Management, MS Project, MS Visio, FMEA studies, SAP, AutoCAD, and Microstation to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Schedule Coordination: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Contract Planner to manage project timelines effectively.
  • Procurement Management: Oversee bid pack awarding and purchasing processes in conjunction with Product Leaders.
  • Interface Coordination: Manage interfaces and superior scopes among clients, project leads, business units, and suppliers.
  • Punch Point Management: Organize and manage Punch Point processes in collaboration with the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager.
  • Cost Management: Prepare documentation for Additional/Reduced Costs in collaboration with Project Management and Sales.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (equivalent foreign degrees accepted).
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of two (2) years in a similar role, such as Commissioning Engineer or Operations Manager, or in a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Must have two (2) years of experience using Project Management, Layout Design Management, MS Project, MS Visio, FMEA Studies, SAP, AutoCAD, and Microstation.
  • Alternative Qualifications: Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
