This pivotal role is essential in bolstering the sales and marketing operations by managing analytics, supervising project execution, and ensuring effective collaboration across various departments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing our CRM, steering sales and marketing initiatives to fruition, and providing clarity and consistency throughout the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Oversight:- Administer and enhance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Guarantee precise and current data entry, monitoring, and reporting.
- Formulate and execute CRM best practices and training for the sales and marketing teams.
- Oversee and manage sales and marketing projects from inception to completion.
- Craft project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure punctual delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Align project tasks with overarching business objectives.
- Serve as a conduit between the sales and marketing teams and other departments.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication to ensure project continuity and understanding.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and identify trends.
- Generate reports and insights to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives.
- Work alongside various departments to support sales and marketing initiatives.
- Provide clarity and direction on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations, project management, or a comparable role.
- Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
