The ideal candidate will be proficient in managing our CRM, steering sales and marketing initiatives to fruition, and providing clarity and consistency throughout the organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Oversight:
  • Administer and enhance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Guarantee precise and current data entry, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Formulate and execute CRM best practices and training for the sales and marketing teams.
Project Coordination:
  • Oversee and manage sales and marketing projects from inception to completion.
  • Craft project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure punctual delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement effective solutions.
  • Align project tasks with overarching business objectives.
Communication and Collaboration:
  • Serve as a conduit between the sales and marketing teams and other departments.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication to ensure project continuity and understanding.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Head of Sales and Marketing.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.
Analytics and Insights:
  • Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing metrics to assess performance and identify trends.
  • Generate reports and insights to aid decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and initiatives.
Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
  • Work alongside various departments to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide clarity and direction on project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure alignment and coordination across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing operations, project management, or a comparable role.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret and utilize data effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
