Role Summary:
The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in relaying customer needs and service histories to field personnel. This position involves dispatching technicians across the area and maintaining the service database in accordance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficiency of field operations and provide necessary support and communication to both internal and external stakeholders.

Compensation Range: USD $26.50/Hr. to USD $36.00/Hr.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain dispatch boards (both manual and electronic) in real-time
  • Adhere to established processes for managing customer requests
  • Communicate essential information to field staff and management in line with company policy
  • Assist field personnel and management with customer and company requirements, ensuring timely completion of tasks and calls
  • Treat all customers and colleagues with respect
  • Perform data entry for service performance and customer updates
  • Schedule appointments efficiently with RMS support
  • Manage purchasing and PO issuance as necessary to support operations
  • Clear new calls and service history, presenting them to the RSM for scheduling approval
  • Verify IVR and check-in/out processes for all customers with technicians
  • Ensure technicians receive the necessary parts for service delivery

  • Strong sense of urgency in problem resolution
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • High proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel

  • Previous experience as a Dispatcher, preferably in the service sector
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment, such as a copier and printer
  • Capability to sit at a computer for extended periods
