Our client, a leading wholesale distributor of natural and engineered stone, is expanding its operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and requires a skilled sales professional to drive growth and development in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities in the territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stone fabricators, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Research and identify new business prospects, leveraging industry knowledge and expertise to drive sales growth.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including sales reporting, data analysis, and customer communication.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the stone industry.
  • Proven track record of success in selling stone slabs to stone fabricators.
  • Ability to travel at least 50% to visit clients, with a strong understanding of the territory and its dynamics.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Total compensation package: $120,000 - $250,000.
  • 100% commission-based compensation structure, with a draw on commission available for qualified candidates.
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance.
  • All travel expenses reimbursed.
