Our client, a leading wholesale distributor of natural and engineered stone, is expanding its operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth market and requires a strong sales talent to drive growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand existing accounts and identify new business opportunities in the territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stone fabricators, distributors, and other industry professionals to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, including stone fabricators, distributors, and other industry professionals.
- Develop and execute a plan to increase sales and revenue growth in the territory.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the stone industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the stone industry and its players.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time to visit clients and industry professionals.
- Total compensation package expected to be in the range of $120,000 - $250,000.
- Commission-based compensation structure, with a draw on commission available for qualified candidates.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as all travel expenses reimbursed.
- Opportunity to earn a high commission package based on performance and data-driven results.
