Our client is a rapidly growing company in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, looking to add strong sales talent to their team with tremendous short and long-term upside.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Territory Sales Representative with knowledge and experience selling stone slabs to fabrication shops in the state of Texas. Our client operates with full transparency and values representatives with strong morals and values.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive sales growth in a mature territory
- Inherit strong accounts and develop new business opportunities in the territory
- Research and contact stone fabricators in the territory to find new business and sell stone slabs by the truckload
- Perform typical administrative tasks for the industry/role
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of B2B outside sales experience in the stone industry (years preferred)
- Experience selling stone slabs to stone fabricators is highly preferred
- Able and willing to travel at least 50% to visit new and existing clients
- Bachelor's degree or adequate professional experience to match
Compensation:
- Total compensation expectations: $120,000 - $250,000
- Most of our representatives are 100% commission-based, with a draw on commission available for qualified candidates and those with extenuating circumstances
- We offer a competitive compensation package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and all travel expenses reimbursed
