Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Texas Central Territory. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive business growth and expansion.
- Provide consultative sales support to customers, identifying and addressing their needs and providing solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and clinical/training, to plan and coordinate sales efforts and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as industry trends and customer needs.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or business school certification, or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
- Proven sales experience in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and provide solutions to meet their business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with traveling, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in mainstream office software, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Detail-oriented and persuasive, with strong sales skills and aptitude.
- Professional demeanor and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.
- Ability to travel within the territory, with occasional overnight stays.
