Field Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your professional network within mid-sized healthcare organizations to generate new business for our medical waste management solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to achieve growth targets in your designated territory.
  • Inform potential clients about the benefits of our compliant and cost-effective waste disposal solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts that align with company standards and client needs.
  • Build and nurture relationships with both current and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, ideally within the healthcare or environmental services sector.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales goals and cultivating effective client relationships.
While prior experience in medical waste management sales is advantageous, it is not a requirement. We are looking for a candidate with a strong interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to excellence.
