Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Executive: As a Regional Sales Executive at Global Lending Services LLC, your primary focus will be to enhance the company's market presence by securing new dealership partnerships, nurturing existing relationships, and boosting awareness and adoption of the company's lending programs. This position will operate remotely within the designated market and will report to a Regional Sales Director.

How You Will Create Value as a Regional Sales Executive

Educate dealerships on all facets of the company's lending programs and how to optimize the benefits of these programs for their specific dealership. Collaborate with other operational teams to capture quality business from current dealers and enhance program utilization. Expand the assigned territory by identifying and onboarding new dealerships. Conduct regular dealer visits, initiate cold calls, and respond to inbound inquiries from dealerships to foster relationships and secure business. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and dealer retention. Complete and submit documentation to monitor and evaluate established objectives. Promote a collaborative culture that supports the achievement of business goals by working closely with colleagues and management. Engage in special projects as necessary. Undertake additional tasks as required by the company's needs or as directed by management.

Qualifications for Success as a Regional Sales Executive

Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and sales experience is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience in auto finance, with a preference for sub-prime auto financing experience. At least three (3) years of sales experience, preferably within the auto industry. Familiarity with the local market and established customer relationships is preferred. Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative, identify needs, propose improvements, implement recommendations, and assess effectiveness. Outstanding interpersonal skills: approachable and diplomatic, with the ability to influence others, manage conflict effectively, exercise sound judgment, handle sensitive and confidential information, interact at all organizational levels, and build cross-functional partnerships. Excellent oral and written communication skills. A team player who can adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Proficient in computer skills with a working knowledge of internet and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office; ability to quickly learn new software as needed. Commitment to embodying the organization's core values and key competencies. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities.

Work Requirements:

Must possess a valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Ability to communicate effectively to exchange accurate information. Close visual acuity to perform tasks such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer screen, and extensive reading. Must be able to operate from a home office. This position requires extensive travel, both by vehicle and air; travel is expected to be 75% of the time, including overnight trips and extended hours. Global Lending Services LLC participates in the program to verify the employment eligibility of all newly hired employees.
