About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to lead our Dermatology business in the Mid-Atlantic region. As a District Sales Lead, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our presence in the dermatology market
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key dermatologists, other clinical decision-makers, and office support staff
  • Coach and develop sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales)
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Minimum 3+ years of management or supervisory experience in sales or a related field
  • Experience with injectable biologics products and discussing therapeutic strategies with clinical decision-makers
  • Strong business and strategic planning skills, with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • Launch experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
  • Established relationships with medical dermatologists
  • Demonstrated ability to execute marketing strategies at the local level
Travel Requirements
  • Ability to drive and/or fly to field rides, meetings, and customer engagements
  • Overnight travel required 25-50%, depending on geographic assignment
